Riesling barrique from the virgin harvest of the 2021 vintage, limited batch of 280 bottles (1x barrel 225 l). Riesling = the king of white wines.
The wine was aged for 2,5 years in a refurbished 225 l barrel made of French oak.
Dry, with more acidity, darker golden colour, for lovers of stained wines.
For the best experience it is advisable to open the wine (you can even taste it 🙂 ), then put the cork partially back into the neck of the bottle and let it air out until the next day, store in a cool environment.
