Pinot Blanc (Pinot Blanc) from the virgin harvest of the 2021 vintage. If we consider Riesling to be the king of white wines, this is its queen.
The wine was aged for 2.5 years in a new 600 l oak barrel made of Czech (or Moravian) oak.
Dry, lighter, with spicy acidity (sensationally lower than in Riesling), fine aroma subtly supported by the new barrel, golden colour.
For the best experience it is advisable to open the wine (you can even taste it 🙂 ), then put the cork partially back into the neck of the bottle and let it air out until the next day, store in a cool environment.
